Yusuf Ak is an expert civil engineer with 10 years of experience in advanced structural design, seismic performance analysis, and innovative retrofitting projects. Having served as a project coordinator and chief engineer at industry-leading earthquake engineering firms, he has successfully delivered over 150 national and global projects to date.

High-performance earthquake engineering lies at the core of his expertise. Alongside the design of steel and reinforced concrete structures and industrial facilities, he has spearheaded prominent projects in Turkey focusing on structural retrofitting using seismic dampers.

Yusuf Ak continues his professional endeavors as a member of EERI (Earthquake Engineering Research Institute) and İMO (Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers).
