Viscous dampers that turn earthquake energy into heat.

An advanced technology that converts a significant portion of earthquake energy acting on a structure into heat energy, helping the structural system remain undamaged. In hospitals, industrial, and high-rise buildings, it raises the performance target beyond code level.

Base isolation that separates the superstructure from ground motion.

With friction pendulum and elastomeric isolators, a period shift is achieved at foundation level and the horizontal acceleration reaching the superstructure drops dramatically. A highest-level performance solution for critical public buildings, museums, and high-risk industrial facilities.

Nonlinear time-history analysis.

With the NLTHA procedure that carries structural behavior beyond code level, nonlinear element models are solved over time using earthquake record sets. ProYA delivers outputs that are fully compliant with current codes and scientifically defensible.
